We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Colors and appearances may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings. Product descriptions are written in good faith based on supplier specifications.

Physical products are fulfilled by our UK-based warehouse partner and delivered within 3–9 business days of your order being placed.

Digital products are delivered instantly via email upon payment confirmation. Digital products are PDF files compatible with any smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on thezoomies.store are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will always be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. For digital products your download link will be included in this email.

6. Delivery

Physical products are shipped from our UK warehouse. Estimated delivery times are 3–9 business days from the date of order. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. The Zoomies is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Digital products are delivered instantly to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes of purchase please check your spam folder and contact us at thezoomies.support@gmail.com.

7. Returns and Refunds

— Physical products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund

— Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item

— Digital products are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed

— Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or fully refunded at no cost to the customer

8. Digital Products — Licence

Upon purchase of a digital product you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the content for your own personal use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, or publish any part of our digital products in any form without prior written permission from The Zoomies.

All content on thezoomies.store including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, and digital guide content is the intellectual property of The Zoomies. Unauthorized reproduction or use of any content is strictly prohibited.

The Zoomies provides products and information in good faith for general pet wellness purposes. Our digital guides are educational resources and do not constitute veterinary advice. For medical concerns relating to your pet always consult a qualified veterinarian.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Zoomies shall not be liable for any indirect, 

incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
