Free Delivery on Every Order We offer free standard delivery on all orders. No minimum spend. No exceptions.
Delivery Times All orders are processed and dispatched within 1ā3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery to England takes 3ā9 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Where We Deliver We currently deliver to England only. We are working on expanding to Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland ā check back soon.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. Use this to follow your order through to delivery. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at thezoomies.support@gmail.com.
Digital Products Digital guides are delivered instantly to your inbox upon payment. No shipping required. Check your spam folder if you do not see the download email within 5 minutes of purchase.
Delays While we always aim to deliver within the times stated above, occasional delays can occur due to high demand or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 12 business days of dispatch please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
Lost or Missing Orders If your order shows as delivered but has not arrived, contact us at thezoomies.support@gmail.com within 48 hours and we will resolve it. We will either resend the order or issue a full refund ā your choice.
