We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all physical products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a full refund within 5 to 7 days — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at thezoomies.support@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 24 hours and process your refund within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund at our discretion.
Return Shipping
If the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, The Zoomies will cover the cost of return shipping. If you are returning an item for any other reason, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at thezoomies.support@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the damage. We will send a replacement immediately at no additional cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
Digital Products
Due to the instant-delivery nature of our digital products, all sales of digital guides are final once the download link has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us and we will resolve it immediately. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and have not yet accessed the download, we will issue a full refund.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within 14 days of your estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate immediately. We will either resend your order or issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.
